Look for the green door with the brass nameplate. Take the stairs or elevator to the third floor - we're the ones with all the models in the windows.

Getting Here

Transit

Take the 501 streetcar to Beaconsfield Ave. We're a 2-minute walk north. Osgoode station is about 10 minutes on foot if you're coming from the subway.

Driving

Nearest parking is the Green P lot on Dovercourt. Street parking's hit-or-miss, but you might get lucky after 6pm.

Cycling

Bike racks right outside our building. There's also a Bike Share station at Gladstone & Queen.

Coffee Nearby

Arriving early? There's an amazing espresso bar next door - grab a cortado and we'll meet you there.

Quick Answers

Before you reach out, here are some things folks usually ask...

Do you work outside Toronto?

Absolutely! We've done projects all across Ontario and occasionally beyond. Travel costs are usually factored into the proposal, but yeah, we're up for it.

What's your typical project timeline?

Depends on scope, honestly. A residential reno might be 3-6 months design phase, while heritage work can take longer because of approvals. We'll give you realistic timelines upfront.

Do you handle permits and approvals?

Yep, we navigate all that bureaucratic stuff - permits, zoning, heritage designations, the whole deal. It's part of what we do, so you don't have to worry about it.

Can we visit completed projects?

Sometimes! If a client's cool with it and the project's nearby, we can arrange a site visit. Otherwise, we've got tons of photos and virtual walkthroughs to show you.
